2. Current commercial status
AIVOW Lite is currently available as a free WordPress plugin.
AIVOW Lite may be downloaded without creating an account, entering payment information, or completing a purchase.
AIVOW Pro is a planned separate commercial add-on. It is not currently available for purchase.
The current website does not provide an active checkout for AIVOW Pro. Roadmap descriptions, planned features, release dates, pricing, license tiers, and other future commercial details may change before release and do not constitute an offer to purchase.
Commercial, payment, subscription, licensing, support, refund, and checkout terms will be published and presented before any paid product is offered.
3. Software licensing
AIVOW Lite is distributed under the open-source license identified in the plugin files, currently the GNU General Public License version 2 or later.
The applicable license governs the rights to use, study, modify, copy, and redistribute the covered software.
Website terms, branding rules, and content restrictions do not remove rights granted under the applicable open-source license.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original website design, documentation, product name, branding, logo, illustrations, marketing materials, and original website content are owned by or licensed to the operator.
The software license does not transfer ownership of the AIVOW name, website, branding, logo, or separately licensed website content.
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AIVOW – AI Disclosure Manager is an independent WordPress product.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of:
- WordPress.org or the WordPress Foundation;
- WooCommerce or Automattic;
- the European Union or the European Commission;
- an AI regulatory authority;
- a certification body;
- a third-party AI provider,
unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to third-party products, services, laws, regulators, or organisations do not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or affiliation.

AIVOW is a technical transparency workflow tool.
It does not provide legal advice, perform a legal compliance audit, certify compliance, guarantee compliance with any law, or automatically detect AI use.
